Step 1. Take the 3 pieces of the paddle out of the accessories bag and then connect them.

Step 2. Adjust the tightness by rotating the screw adjuster, clockwise for tightening, and anticlockwise for loosening.

Step 3. Adjust the upper and lower telescopic paddle handle to its proper position, and buckle the screw regulator. If it is still loose, tighten the regulator clockwise.
