Supzoom warrants this product to be free from major defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser  from the date of purchase.

Supzoom supplies a non-transferable, limited warranty to the original consumer of Supzoom. 

WARRANTY PERIOD:
  • 5 years from date of purchase on SUPZOOM Inflatable Paddle Boards,  inflatable dock and inflatable seat.
  • 1year from date of purchase on accessories included with SUP package.
  • 1year from date of purchase on Electric Pumps.

WARRANTY COVERAGE:

Inflatable paddle board,inflatable dock and inflatable seat Warranty Covers Manufacturers Defects,Including:

  • Obvious process mistakes.

NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY:

  • Commercial use.
  • Product purchased from other vendors.
  • Any customer-initiated modifications to the surface of the product.
  • We clearly stated the special promotion or specially marked product.
  • Supzoom reserves the right to terminate the warranty at its sole discretion.

INFLATABLE PADDLE BOARD,INFLATABLE DOCK AND INFLATABLE SEAT WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER MISUSE OR COSMETIC DEFECTS, INCLUDING:

  • Misuse of the Products.
  • Items that were lost or stolen.
  • Damage caused by impact to rocks, docks, shore-pound etc.
  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear.
  • Indents/texture on the PVC that is a result of the drop stitching construction.
  • Damage caused by transporting product on the top of a car.
  • Damage to fin or fin box caused by impact to the fin.
  • Damage caused by overexposure/storage in direct sunlight.
  • Damage caused by mishandling: airline travel, improper loading/unloading into trucks, rolling or dragging on concrete etc.
  • Failure to exercise normal maintenance.
  • Damage to the valve caused by loosening the valve to deflate.

ACCESSORIES WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER MISUSE OR COSMETIC DEFECTS, INCLUDING:

  • Misuse of the Products.
  • Items that were lost or stolen.
  • Items used for commercial purposes.
  • Damage due to falling on the paddle.
  • Paddle filling with water.
  • Accessories sinking.
  • Damage caused by use outside of its intended purpose.
  • Damage due to normal wear and tear, chips, cracks etc.
  • Damage caused by impact to rocks, docks, shore-pound etc.
  • Color fading.
  • Damage to bags caused by airline travel, improper loading/unloading into trucks, dragging on concrete etc.
  • Failure to exercise normal maintenance.

WARRANTY PROCESS:

  • If you believe you are within the guidelines of a warranty claim, please email with the subject 'Warranty' and with pictures and video of the defect along with your original order number.
  • Supzoom  customer service representative will contact you and request more information including images and video to show the issue,we will reply you within 1 working day with a solution.
  • Your warranty claim will be approved or declined based on the information provided, If your item is not covered by warranty we will issue you with a quote via email following assessment.
  • If approved, you will be instructed to ship the component in question to your nearest service centre.Please only send the damaged components, not everything, otherwise we will not refund postage costs. Ensure the item is packaged so it will not get damaged in transit.If you are returning a higher priced item,you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.Because shipping involves a third party we can't absolutely guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • It is the responsibility of customers to pay for all shipping and handling costs when returning items to Supzoom for warranty inspection. If Supzoom determines the warranty claim to be genuine, we will reimburse all related shipping costs. We ask that you retain all shipping receipts and invoices as no shipping costs can be reimbursed without them. To be reimbursed shipping must be sent only via standard post, not express. 
  • Once your return is received,we will send you an email to notify you that we received the returned item.Supzoom reserve the right to either have the defective part or product professionally repaired,or replaced with an equivalent product.Repair or exchange may take 7-15 days to complete.Once completed, the product will be returned to you at Supzoom's cost.
