#03 HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The shipping fee will depend on the weight of the order. It is possible to check the estimated shipping cost at the Checkout page.

#04 ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES INVOLVED IN SHIPPING?

In some cases, your destination country may charge customs duty or other taxes. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

#05 WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

We have two shipping methods including expedited shipping and standard shipping. Currently, we cooperate with DHL, UPS, TOLL and Post Office to ship our orders.

#06 CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can only change the shipping address while your order is still in production. Please support center or email us. Or you can send your correct shipping address to . Our representatives will correct your shipping address and send you a confirmation email as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address nor delivery options.


RETURNS POLICY

Welcome to our Return Policy Page, sup-zoom.com chooses products to sell based on our excellent designs and proven reliability. Therefore, the quality is guaranteed.

We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included.  We have a QC team who tests your ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line.

Please contact customer service representative as soon as possible in case the finding of serious damage on product received. We will arrange your request for exchange or refund after the faulty confirmation. Please ensure the product is unused and head back to the designated address after obtain authorization for return.

All products that are new with the original packaging in unopened condition can be returned within 30 days starting from the date you received.

All product returns require a obtain authorization for return. You may obtain authorization for returnby contacting sup-zoom.com Customer Service through any of the methods provided on our Contact Us page.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

WARRANTY PERIOD:

  • 1 YEARfrom date of purchase on accessories included with SUP package
  • 1 YEAR from date of purchase on Electric Pumps

WARRANTY COVERAGE:

PADDLE BOARD WARRANTY COVERS MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS, INCLUDING:

  • Seam leaks
  • Obvious process mistakes
  • Air bubbles at the seams

SUP NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY:

  • Commercial use
  • Boards purchased from other vendors
  • Any customer-initiated modifications to the surface of the board
  • We clearly stated the special promotion or specially marked paddle boards

PADDLE BOARD WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER MISUSE OR COSMETIC DEFECTS, INCLUDING:

  • Items that were lost or stolen
  • Damage caused by impact to rocks, docks, shore-pound etc.
  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear
  • Indents/texture on the PVC that is a result of the drop stitching construction
  • Damage caused by transporting an inflatable board on the top of a car
  • Damage to fin or fin box caused by impact to the fin.
  • Damage caused by overexposure/storage in direct sunlight.
  • Damage caused by mishandling: airline travel, improper loading/unloading into trucks, rolling or dragging on concrete etc.
  • Damage to the valve caused by loosening the valve to deflate.

ACCESSORIES WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER MISUSE OR COSMETIC DEFECTS, INCLUDING:

  • Items that were lost or stolen.
  • Items used for commercial purposes.
  • Damage due to falling on the paddle.
  • Paddle filling with water.
  • Accessories sinking.
  • Damage caused by use outside of its intended purpose.
  • Damage due to normal wear and tear, chips, cracks etc.
  • Damage caused by impact to rocks, docks, shore-pound etc.
  • Color fading.
  • Damage to bags caused by airline travel, improper loading/unloading into trucks, dragging on concrete etc.

WARRANTY PROCESS:

  • If you believe you are within the guidelines of a warranty claim, please email with pictures of the defect along with your order number.
  • A warrantied board will be shipped back to our warehouse to be repaired or replaced- purchaser is responsible for all return shipping.
